1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the koso4d platform.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of koso4d is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. koso4d will immediately suspend and may permanently close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling obligations.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. koso4d makes no representation that the services offered are legally available in all locations.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal proceeding that restricts your capacity to contract.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player may maintain only one active account on koso4d at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, related identities, or shared financial instruments — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access koso4d's gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any misrepresentation of personal information — including, but not limited to, providing a false date of birth or fictitious identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities where required.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. koso4d strongly recommends that you:

• Create a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Contact koso4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

koso4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Ownership

koso4d accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Accounts operated by third parties on behalf of the registered holder are prohibited.

4 KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before koso4d processes any withdrawal from your account, you are required to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This requirement exists to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, prevent fraud, and confirm that you meet the Platform's eligibility criteria.

4.2 Required Documents

Verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driver's license), clearly showing your name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence displaying your full name and residential address, issued within the past three months;
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face;
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the deposit payment method belongs to you (e.g., bank account statement, e-wallet account screenshot).

4.3 Processing Time

KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team within 1 to 24 hours on business days. You will receive email notification upon approval or if additional documentation is required. koso4d reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any stage of the verification process.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance

koso4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality for any account that has not completed KYC verification or where submitted documentation is deemed insufficient. Accounts with materially false or fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

koso4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. koso4d will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have:

• Compl eted KYC verification;
• Met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Not triggered any pending security review on your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. koso4d processes the majority of bank transfer withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals requested outside standard banking hours may be processed on the next available business day.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on koso4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). koso4d does not currently accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Transaction Limits

koso4d reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the account level for security or regulatory compliance reasons. Players enrolled in our responsible gaming deposit-limit program will have additional limits applied at their own request in accordance with Section 8.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by koso4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires total wagers of Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.

6.3 Eligible Games & Bet Types

Not all games and bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless a promotion specifies otherwise:

• Sports Betting (single bets, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution;
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Slots (excluding progressive jackpots): 100% contribution;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws: 50% contribution;
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution;
• Mix parlay (accumulator bets, minimum 3 selections at odds ≥ 1.30 each): 100% contribution.

6.4 Bonus Abuse & Collusion

koso4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of software errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire 7 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

koso4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in instances where a bet exceeds the applicable market limit, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected. Wagers are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued to the Player.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap, voor bola (goal handicap), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or force majeure events, koso4d's settlement rules as published at the time of market creation shall apply.

7.3 Live Casino Games

Live casino games operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are subject to the rules of the respective provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session, the outcome as recorded by the provider's server shall be considered final.

7.4 Lottery & Togel Games

Results for togel lottery draws are determined by official draw outcomes as published by recognized reference sources. koso4d does not influence draw outcomes. All togel bets must be placed before the applicable draw closes. Late bets will be void and the stake refunded.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

koso4d applies maximum single-transaction and daily winning caps across all product categories. Specific limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page. koso4d reserves the right to pay winnings in installments where a single payout exceeds the applicable daily withdrawal cap.

8 Responsible Gaming

koso4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players who believe their gaming may be causing harm are encouraged to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team immediately.

8.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session durations and receive reality-check notifications;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion;
• Account Cool-Down: Take a short break of 24 to 72 hours without a formal exclusion.

8.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

koso4d strictly prohibits access to minors. All Players must be 21 years of age or older (21+). We encourage all Players to use parental control software on shared or family devices to prevent underage individuals from accessing gambling websites.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koso4d platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino games, or any competitive gaming format;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC controls;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing koso4d staff or other Players;
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the koso4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game content provided by third-party studios — is the property of koso4d or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorization from koso4d is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

koso4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. koso4d will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

While koso4d takes reasonable steps to ensure that all odds, game information, and promotional details are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms, koso4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

11.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koso4d's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

koso4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however arising and whether or not koso4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by koso4d

koso4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory compliance requirements. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds, will be refunded to your verified payment method provided KYC requirements have been met.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds, free bets, and unrealized loyalty points are forfeited. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive account termination and remain in full force.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. koso4d operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and complies with the licensing requirements of its operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through koso4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits koso4d's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court of law.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. koso4d makes no representation that the services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

14 Amendments

koso4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a closure request before the effective date.
